Educational Requirements
- Masters/equivalent degree in any discipline from a recognized local or foreign university preferably in any discipline of Shariah & Islamic Studies/ Fiqh/ Islamic Economics having no 3rd class/division or CGPA below 2 in any public examinations.
- Preference to be given to the candidates having advanced degree in Islamic Banking and Shariah and practical job experience in Shariah Operations in any Bank or in a large local or international financial organization.

- Age At most 40 year(s)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in Bengali & English;
- Must have sound knowledge and adequate skill of computer operations, statistical software packages/programs and able to work independently with Personal computer;
- Adequate knowledge of regulatory requirements, banking rules & regulations, practice & procedures of banking operations, internal control objectives & mechanism, automated system etc as desired.
